Where is Mira located?

We handcraft each piece of jewelry in the Mira collection in our studio on Kaua’i. We do not have a storefront, but you can find our line in a few different stores! View our stockists page here.

What materials do you use in your jewelry?

We use fair-trade 14K gold fill material and semi-precious stones sourced with care to ensure both quality and ethical standards.

How do I care for my Mira jewelry?

To remove dirt or other debris, lightly dab with water and dry completely with a clean cotton towel. After the piece has been thoroughly dried, gently rub with a clean jewelry cloth (these are often very similar if not identical to the kind of cloth used to clean glasses).

Can I get my Mira Kauai jewelry repaired if I accidentally break it?

We would need to address this on a case-by-case basis but we will always do our best to accommodate. Base price for repairs begins at $25. Please email us if you have inquiries regarding this.

Help I lost one earring! Can I get a single replacement?

Ugh! We’ve been there. Again, we’re happy to do our best to accommodate. It will depend slightly whether we have the semi-precious stones in stock (if there are stones on your piece). Because we make each pair together by hand we cannot guarantee a perfect match but it will be as close as possible. Cost is half of a full priced pair. Please email us to work out the details. 

What is your shipping policy?

What is your return/exchange policy?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please refer to our Returns & Exchanges page for our policies and instructions on how to initiate a return or exchange.
